Refund policy
Digital Products Only
Eight Eighty-Eight Coaching, LLC sells digital products delivered electronically, including PDF documents, MP3 audio files, and MP4 video files. No physical products are shipped, returned, or exchanged.
All Digital-Download Sales Are Final
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital-download sales are final and non-refundable once the download link, file, or digital access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or one of the limited exceptions below applies.

Failing to download, open, use, or complete the digital product

Not having enough time to use or complete the material

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Expecting a result, outcome, or level of progress that was not guaranteed

Device, software, storage, internet, or compatibility limitations that are not caused by a defective file

Purchasing a product without reviewing its description, format, requirements, or included materials

Discounts, promotional pricing, or price changes offered after your purchase
Limited Exceptions
Please contact us if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase

You received a digital file different from the product you ordered

The PDF, MP3, or MP4 file is corrupted or technically unusable

Your download link or digital access does not work, and we are unable to restore access

You believe the purchase was unauthorized

A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
For file or access issues, contact us within seven calendar days of purchase. For a suspected unauthorized purchase, contact us as soon as possible.
Include your name, order number, purchase email address, product title, and a clear description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive payment information.
Technical Support and Resolution
When a valid technical or delivery problem is reported, our first step will be to resend the download email, replace the affected file, provide a corrected file, or restore access.
A refund may be considered only when we confirm that the purchased digital product cannot be successfully delivered or made usable within a reasonable period.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution and may vary.
Any approved refund ends the customer’s license and permission to access, download, copy, print, share, or use the refunded digital product. Access links may be deactivated. The customer must delete any downloaded copies in their possession or control.
Personal-Use License
Unless a product page or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, digital purchases are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only.
Files may not be shared, copied for others, resold, redistributed, uploaded to shared drives or platforms, reproduced for an organization, or used commercially.
Organizational use requires written permission or an applicable organizational license from Eight Eighty-Eight Coaching, LLC.
International Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
Where legally permitted, by requesting immediate delivery of digital content, the purchaser consents to delivery beginning before any applicable cancellation period ends and acknowledges that the right to cancel may be lost once the download or digital access begins.
